Recipe salad with salmon sashimi and picual bio

  • Lamb’s lettuce
  • Raw salmon
  • Avocado
  • Bio Picual “Le Jardin de Vanessa”
  • Salt flakes

 

Preparation.

  • We cut the salmon into slices of a size to eat it directly.
  • Next, we cut the avocado also in slices.
  • We place on a plate the lamb’s lettuce, the avocado, and the salmon we add it in the same way, superimposing one piece on another to create a row of both products.
  • We finish dressing with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Le Jardin de Vanessa” and salt.
