Creamy Pumpkin Soup Recipe

The cold weather is starting to set in and creams are becoming more and more popular, especially for dinner. Here we offer you a simple but exquisite recipe of pumpkin cream with curry with Picual Organic.
Picual Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an intense flavor, it counterpoints the sweetness of the pumpkin and enhances the scents. 

INGREDIENTS
– 1 pumpkin
– Zucchini
– Leeks
– 1 spoonful of curry powder
– Salt
– Picual Bio

PREPARATION
Fry the chopped leeks for 7 minutes. Add plenty of Picual Bio and salt.
Sauté the chopped zucchini for 5 minutes.
Add the leeks, the zucchini, the pumpkin cut into pieces, the spoonful of curry powder and cook for 30 minutes.
Mix and serve hot with a drop of Picual Bio.
