Gourmet Rosemary Evoo & Roasted sweet potato hummus

Something healthy and delicious. To take with some carrot or bell pepper sticks.

INGREDIENTS
-Sweet potato
-Garlic
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil Gourmet with Rosemary
-Tahini (optional)
-Salt
-Pepper

 

PREPARATION
We roast the sweet potatoes and garlic.
We remove the skin from the sweet potatoes, peel the garlic and beat it with olive oil with rosemary and tahini.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with a drizzle of Gourmet Oil with rosemary.
