-3 zucchini
-2 onions
-3 eggs
-Le Jardin de Vanessa olive oil

Cut the onion and the zucchini in pieces not too small.
Put a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, add the onion until it is poached. Add salt.
Then add the zucchini and cook over medium-low heat until tender. About 20 minutes.
Break the 3 eggs into the pan and mix with the vegetables. Add salt to taste.
