This is more of a trick than a recipe. Making palmeras is very simple, you need puff pastry dough, add sugar, roll it from the sides to the center and cut it into strips.
Usually egg is used to paint the palmeras so that they brown in the oven. We use a vegan option, we will use our Arbequina Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with a mild flavor, to paint the palms. This is enough to toast them in the oven.
